Good Morning Bob
Hong Kong, 2021
It all started in March 2020 when the world began to stand still and face a battle that still continues today. The worried voices, the sad thoughts and the discouraged moods of friends and family urged me to do something to revive the spirits and make the upcoming period a little less harsh and melancholic. I thought that even if I could get a little smile every day from each of them, I would be happy.

And this is how, every morning for 60 consecutive days, I made a drawing with a happy main character, Bob, the sun. Like that, a small ray of sunshine entered their homes. The result went beyond my expectations, the sun did much more, it became an appointment and a surprise every day that they waited for, with curiosity and joy.

It is from their enthusiasm that the idea of was born, a collection of those drawings, showing Bob, the sun, traveling around the world depicting many places from all continents, from Asia, to Europe, from Australia to the North Pole. Each drawing is accompanied and completed by a cheerful and joyful poem, thoughtfully written by the brilliant mind of my sister Emanuela. A four-handed job that we hope will continue to make everyone smile and have fun.

RTHK Radio 3 interview
Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) is the public broadcasting service in Hong Kong.
Noreen Mir invited me on her radio program called the '123 Show' on RTHK Radio 3 to talk about my book
“Good Morning Bob”.

The '123 Show' discusses a range of issues, including social, environmental, health, politics, gender, sexual, mental health, medical, fitness and education inviting people with different backgrounds, professionals, academics, authors, artists, musicians, and interesting people who are doing good and exciting things in Hong Kong!
A day at kindergarten
There is no greater satisfaction than to see the joy and amazement on the beautiful faces of the kids while reading to them the book we have imagined, drawn, and created. They enjoyed and laughed at the funny rhymes written by my sister Emanuela and were very intrigued and curious by all colourful places, flowers and buildings that create the background scenes of all the stories unfolded in the book. And of course, they loved Bob the sun, and all his animal friends!

For this amazing day full of fun and positive energy, I would like to thank the Italian International Nursery & Kindergarten of Hong Kong for having invited me, in particular its principal Azalea, the teacher Miss Mary and all the other teachers and members of the school team that accompanied and helped me.
