Ballet Gala

The Italian Cultural Institute in Hong Kong, alongside with the Italian Cultural Institutes in Beijing and Shanghai is one of the three cultural agencies of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China. The institute is dedicated to promote Italian language and culture in Hong Kong and Macao. To this end, the institute organizes concerts, exhibitions, screenings, readings and other cultural events.

The prestigious Ballet of La Scala Theatre from Milan came to Hong Kong. As the final city to visit after a tour in Asia, the Italian Cultural Institute requested a complete set of advertising products: programmes, leaflets and tickets.

A dancer takes over the paper, dancing and performing through the pages of the programme, on both sides of the leaflet and tickets. She is floating in a dual-colored background which moves and vibrates following her dance steps.
